DR SIR to sign off first Purchase deals with the start of 2009 |

DR SIR ( Pvt.) Ltd. is happy to announce that its flag ship product DR SIR 104 has been approved by a Saudi Arabian Hospital for deployment and implementation. The deal has been brokered by a local leading IT solution provider "Three Dimensional Innovations" www.the3di.com. The 3di has also asked us to appoint them as their reseller partner in Saudi Arabia which DR SIR is seriously considering. They have also pointed us a great potential and usefulness of this product in healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia and have shown great interest in its marketing in their region.
The other up coming important deals will be from UK's first Trust Hospital, www.firsttrusthospital.org. The hospital management has seen the software product and have approved for implementation after seeing its viability to improve employee performance. We already have their LOI ( Letter of Intent) to kick off the work.
Another meeting has been held with Mr. Gerry Plante, Technology Director, of MHA Group of Hospitals in USA consisting of 80 hospitals. DR SIR has approached them to implement Dr SIR in one of their hospitals on trial basis. If this goes successful, all the 80 hospitals will start using our product. MHA is already our customer and we have been providing them our programming services under ESOLPK WPS Division.
Cure MD, a leading Pakistani healthcare solution provider is mulling over to become our partners with DR SIR. Cure MD is a world renowned firm in healthcare sector and if becomes our partners will be of great achievement for Dr SIR.
Meanwhile, we are continuing to improve DR SIR website( www.drsir.com) which is a great source of advertisement for us worldwide. In 2009, we are planning to launch major advertising initiatives world wide including Pakistan. We are also in a process to make the DR SIR brand recognized world by launching PR campaigns on internet. |

| ESOLPK Makes Inroads in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Signing Large Web Portal Development Contract |

| ESOLPK is happy to announce the first entry into Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We have been awarded a large contract for a Saudi Arabian based Telecom and IT firm, Orientec http://www.orientec-int.com. ESOLPK will provide dedicated offshore technical resources for the development of city web portal of capital city Riyadh on long term basis. The firm has plans to expand this portal to whole Saudi Arabia in later stages.
ESOLPK is arranging a team of 5 members under the supervision of Senior Technical Lead to start working on the project. Provided resources will develop and maintain the Portal on on-going basis. |

| ESOLPK would like to announce the acquisition of new customer from North America. The project is "Survey Web Application" for Pacific Integral, LLC. The system is a web-based application for capturing and processing survey information. The survey consists of a form that includes some biographical data and 36 questions, each answered with free text. The system captures surveys from users, either in a web-based form, or in a word document and stores them in a database for scoring. New surveys will be generated either by users going to the PI site and ordering the survey through PayPal, or by a PI staff initiating it from our end. Client is looking to replace the current system and have the scoring process automated. They want to have the new system automate the entire process and produce the final report.
